MementoMartini is a personal cocktail-logging application operated by Ben Roesch. By creating an account or using the application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Who may use it
You must be 21 or older. The application catalogs alcoholic drink recipes. You must be old enough to buy alcohol where you live.
Your account
Keep your password and your linked Google or Apple account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.
Your content
You keep ownership of the pours, notes, and recipes you add. You give us permission to store and display that content back to you so the application can work. We do not publish your content to other users, and we do not use it to train models.
Do not upload content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that harasses another person. We may delete content that breaks this rule.
Recipes are not advice
The recipe catalog is for reference only. It is not health, dietary, or medical advice. Drink responsibly. Never drive after drinking. If you are pregnant, taking medication, or managing a health condition, talk to a doctor before drinking alcohol.
Availability
MementoMartini is a side project. It is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind. We may change it, pause it, or shut it down at any time. We try to keep backups, but we do not guarantee that your data will survive a failure. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot lose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ben Roesch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from your use of MementoMartini, including lost data and lost profits.
Ending your account
You may stop using MementoMartini at any time. Email [email protected] to delete your account and its data. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the application means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
